INTRODUCTION

The most recent trend in small company operations necessitates simple access to the location of enterprises and their clients/businesses in order to conduct productive transactions. Also required in the city are locations and other information regarding small businesses in Enugu. Oliver  &  Chairman  (2017) opined that If information about small businesses in Enugu city is known, there will be effective small business transactions and information will be circulate seamlessly within the organization. For instance, if Harco shops is transacting on a certain material with other enterprise in the same place, their small company transaction will be highly successful since they will be exchanging goods and information, particularly when there is a shift in the small business globe. Additionally, if a business of a certain firm want to obtain information on another business without visiting the center, it does so by utilizing their office system. With this information, it is no longer necessary for him to search for the business, as he already knows its position. According to Byron (2016), a corporation must enter the names of their clients/businesses together with their addresses and phone numbers in their system so that when they need information about a certain individual, they do not have to look through a vast number of supplemental cards or files.
